Either represent yourself in any EU country or assign a representative!

The WEEE2 directive requires that in any EU country in which you sell directly to the end user, it would be necessary to represent yourself or to assign a representative.

(Hamburg/Cologne) A lot of new regulations have been issued on the internet and foreign trade of electrical and electronic devices.

The WEEE2 directive requires that in any EU country in which you sell directly to the end user, it would be necessary to represent yourself or to assign a representative.

We hope that the specific legal formulation of this European requirement in the individual EU countries will conveniently implement the requirements of the concerned companies.

take-e-way will offer a solution for this very complicated task to its customers and members.

This was the result of the panel discussion "WEEE2 & ElektroG2" on April 3rd in Cologne/Germany. Please find further information in the minutes of the event.

From our point of view the implementation of the WEEE into German law has been intelligently elaborated. The necessary conversion processes are realizable and thus do not encumber our members unduly.
