Today the deadline runs out for the implementation of the revised WEEE directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment of the European Parliament and of the council into national legislation in every EU country.
Many questions have still not been answered about the different new obligations in every single EU country for producers, importers and distributors. According to our information only Great Britain and Bulgaria have conclusively implemented the new WEEE directive so far.
