Evaluation of the EU regulations for electrical appliances

The Association for the Take-Back and Recycling of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (VERE) e.V. has taken the opportunity to present an opinion on the EU Commission’s consultation. The statement pays special attention to aspects where the implementation of the WEEE Directive has been particularly difficult, for example achieving the targets for the collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).
