Electronics seminar in Ratingen on legal requirements in electrical & electronic products – Register now with Bureau Veritas and take-e-way!

On June 25th, 2014 the second joint electronics seminar on legal requirements in electrical and electronic products will take place in Ratingen.

(Hamburg) More than 40 participants benefited from the opportunity on April 2nd in Nuremberg; they got all the information they need on “Legal requirements in electrical and electronic products” by the companies take-e-way and Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services Germany GmbH. The seminar was completely booked. On June 25th, 2014 the second joint electronics seminar will take place in Ratingen. Half of the places are already being reserved. The seminar will be hold in German language.

Thematic focuses are: Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act, WEEE, Battery Act and RoHS
The seminar provides basics, definitions and obligations of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (WEEE) and the Battery Act. In addition, scope, substances and limit values, exceptions as well as obligations to provide proof and the documentation requirements of the RoHS directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) are imparted.

Understanding requirements and obligations
The objective of the seminar is that the participants understand the requirements and obligations of the directive and laws and learn what they need to observe in their companies.

The seminar is suitable for purchasers, quality managers, manufacturers, distributors, importers and thus for all who manufacture, distribute or import electrical and electronic devices.

Last seminar in Hamburg
The last electronics seminar in 2014 will take place November 12th in Hamburg. Registrations have already being accepted.
